Bake for Purim and Passover over four classes, starting the week before Purim and ending before Passover. The course will cover hamantaschen (including scratch made poppy filling), hard and soft matzah, and kosher-for-passover delicacies. Along the way, you will learn how to write your own recipes, understand custard, cookie, and bread techniques, and compare conventional white flours to heritage wheat flours. We will use both the indoor ovens and the outdoor clay oven.
