Description
Power of the Pelvis 6 Week Feldenkrais Series with Michelle Huber
Wednesdays, 6-7:15pm
140 Pine Street, Florence, MA
January 15 - February 19

Michelle Huber had her Bat Mitzvah at JCA in 2002 and now lives in Northampton and offers Feldenkrais classes and private sessions.

This series will improve the mobility of the pelvis, which can significantly improve back pain, strength, strain from sitting and overall well-being.

Each lesson will begin with a brief group check-in, followed by a 45-50 minute guided Awareness Through Movement® Lesson. At the end of class there is space to share reflections and ask questions.

“I'm so much more aware of how I move with my pelvis now. Walking feels different. The pelvic areas where I held tension are pretty much gone... Every time i felt more grounded and more in my body.” - Caroline Rudderman, Reiki Practitioner

Movement Improvement – becoming better organized, learning to use the body more efficiently with less holding & tension
