Looking for a creative approach to spiritually prepare for the High Holy Days? Join Jay Smith on September 17 at 7:00 PM at the tent behind CBI to discover new ways to relate to sacred Jewish text. We will use hevruta (paired text study), prompted individual art-making, and group discussion to help us explore the meaning of Elul (the month leading up to the start of the new year.) Anyone at any level of Jewish study and/or art making is welcome.
We invite a $5 donation to cover materials.
