Gallery Opening Reception
Diane Steingart is a mixed-media artist and painter, whose work explores the inner world of feelings, memories, and dreams. Her work is both psychological and spiritual, and can be both abstract and semi-representational. Her work is therapeutic for herself, and she finds the work resonates for others, too.
Before becoming an artist, Diane was a community and social worker, and this and many years of inner reflection, has helped shape her art. Diane is an intuitive painter and her work originates in her imagination.
Diane has had solo shows at the Pelham Library, Pelham MA; Gallery A3, Amherst MA; the Burnett Gallery, Amherst MA and the Amherst Cinema, Amherst MA. She has been part of duo shows and group shows at Gallery A3 and GoBerry.
Diane's artwork is in many private residences throughout the United States and the United Kingdom.

Diane has been a member of Gallery A3 since 2016. Diane lives in western Massachusetts with her husband Jonathan, and their two dogs, Lexi and Fenway.
